After an uncomfortable experience at a larger patient-packed office in Delray Beach, I decided to seek a second opinion from another ophthalmologist in the area. Before I made an appointment, I wanted to feel the ambiance of the reception area: It was uncrowded, and Rachel, the receptionist greeted me with a friendly smile and inquisitive expression. I was a total stranger. Instantly, I decided to book an appointment. Much to my surprise, she quickly said that Dr. Kelly could see me the next morning. My experience the next day was as positive as all the other patients who have posted glowing reviews of the office, its staff and the two doctors. After a thorough eye examination by one of the staff, Dr. Kelly met me in another room. He entered with a welcoming smile, stating, “I’m Will Kelly.” How refreshing. I learned that the cataract surgery the Delray Beach ophthalmologist felt was somewhat urgent and necessary to save my vision was not mandatory. We decided to postpone the decision until a visit in three months, and he suggested I experiment with low-grade “readers” and glasses for driving. I look forward to seeing my new “friend” on my next visit. More

Dr. Kelly always reviews my chart carefully, even though I've been his patient for several years. His explanations are clear, and he doesn't offer false hope that some conditions (glaucoma) can be cured. That makes for confidence in him. He has a great bedside manner. More

The staff is always so pleasant. The parking is absolutely awful. Often times there are no places to park and you have to keep driving around the small lot hoping for a spot to open. There’s really no place nearby to park and walk either. The office is always super busy but they are extremely organized. The Dr is kept moving from room to room, patient to patient very efficiently however at times I feel rushed and forget to ask my questions. More

Dr. Clewner is the best ophthalmologist I have met. I had my chalazion removed back in 2002 That was done in his clinic with absolutely no issues. However 3 years ago I decided to go back To see him on an annual basis because he was definitely worth the drive. The staff is incredibly professional and friendly. Roger Romer, the contact lens specialist who also works with them is another great individual to get contacts from. I strongly and highly recommend Dr. Clewner and his clinic. You’ll have to experience it for yourself to see the high quality level of treatment you’ll be receiving. More

I just finished my second cataract surgery in the last 2 weeks. What a wonderful experience with something no one wants to have done. Dr Clewner is so professional, gently caring and most important a careful protectionist during each step in the process. The team he has is terrific. My mother went blind because she was too frightened to have these surgeries. I was scared too but didn’t want to live as she did. Dr Clewner made this as good as it could possibly be. At 6:00 AM my son woke up with a black spot in rt. eye, and no peripheral vision! I was in a panic as to who to call. I found Dr. Clewer on line. His receptionist deserves a medal of kindness. She said they were booked however, she felt he needed to be seen ASAP and said she would squeeze him in. I was so relieved. Dr. Clewer was kind and thorough, after his diagnosis, he had his staff get us into a top neuro ophthalmologist that day. Son is now all clear. So thankful to your great practice!!! More

I'm thrilled to have found someone with his caliber so close to my home. There is a contact lens specialist on site as well whom I found to be very knowledgeable as well. The wait to see Dr. Kelly was about 45 minutes which was not ideal. However, Dr. Kelly was worth the wait. He was extremely kind, but you at ease and genuinely interested in you the patient. I highly recommend Dr. Kelly. More
